Shame are the cliché of an English band: young, good-looking, hyped up by the press far too early… and yet, they keep putting out excellent albums, seemingly impervious to the pressure of a country obsessed with its rock.

By teaming up with Third Man Records, Jack White’s label, Snõõper may well have made the move that puts them in the lead on the egg punk scene.

I don’t know of any punk band pushing the boundaries of the genre more than Nov LT right now.
